Mason finally lost his upper left central incisor tooth, that has been very lose for weeks now. He has does everything to avoid moving, touching, chewing with that tooth. It finally came off during recess at school. It bounced out of his mouth and into the woodchips and he couldn't find it. He wrote the Toothfairy a note explaining the missing tooth.
On Monday we will call his dentist to make an appointment to extract the upper right incisor That is his "special" tooth, fused between the right central and right lateral incisors, and geminated another little tooth in between. We had known that the special tooth would probably need help coming out and the dentist suggested having it removed once the left one fell, so his adult incisors can come in at the same time. Toothfairy also know the special tooth will cost extra! X-Ray shows that his adult teeth behind his special one are normal.
