Fun-packed weekend part 2: Soccer in the park

The Forsbergs were coming over on Sunday morning around 10 AM (for part 3 of the fun-packed weekend), so we didn't have enough time to go to Church. Instead, after breakfast, we decided to go to the park. We went to Big Dry Creek park (5 minutes from us) where there is a off-leash dog park area, kids playground, soccer and baseball fields. It is one of our favorite parks because we can take Sasha and the kids.

After playing in the playground for 20 minutes, Mason wanted to get his soccer ball out of the car. By then, Bill was back from the dog park area with Sasha, so he could watch Audrey as Mason and I ran to the soccer field. For the first time and to our surprise, he ran and kicked the soccer ball all the way to the goal nets! Bill captured a few videos [to be posted here soon] after we were in front of the goal area, but they don't do it justice. I need to look for a little soccer class for him! World Cup 2026 here we come. :-)
