Mason's 5-yr check-up

Mason just had his 5-year well visit.  Here are his stats:

Height: 46 inches or 3 ft 10 inches (97%ile)
Weight: 47 lbs (75%ile)
BMI: 15.6 (55%ile)

Everything looks great.  He got 3 shots  and we will be going back for the MMR shot in a month.
