Nick Jr is back

Yay, Nick Jr and the rest of the Viacom channels are back after being down for 10 days. But out of the outrage, I got $20 off per month for the next 12 months, Showtime, Starz and Encore. I had to talk to 2 useless customer service reps trying to push the standard $10 off for 3 months, and 1 very nice loyalty rep who can give customers so much more. Always talk to the loyalty department!
